The eClinicalWorks National Conference is one month away. October 23 to 25, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Three days of keynotes, breakout sessions, live demos and the kind of hallway conversations you cannot schedule. If your team handles patient access, the front office or the digital side of your practice, this is the one week of the year where the whole eClinicalWorks and healow ecosystem is in one building.
Registration is open now, and a month out is the right time to sort the details so you are not doing it the week before.
What’s on the Agenda
The conference opens with the keynote address and product showcase, and from there it is yours to build.
- 100+ breakout sessions across the eClinicalWorks and healow product lines
- Exhibit Hall, with live product demos throughout
- Support and training rooms, staffed all three days
- Three breakfasts, two lunches, daily refreshment breaks, a welcome reception and one Saturday night celebration
One badge covers all of it.
What healow Will Be Showing
healow is the layer between your practice and your patients, so if no-shows, portal adoption, front-desk flow or collections land on your desk, this is your track.
Expect to see the suite end to end: patient self-scheduling, check-in, messaging, payments, telehealth, remote monitoring, records access, and how AI is being applied across them.
Come with your own numbers. A demo is far more useful when you can hold it up against your actual no-show rate or your portal adoption, and the people who build these tools are in the room all three days. That is the part a follow-up call never quite replaces.
Register First
Registration is open through the conference, and current rates are on the registration page. CME and CE credit is available for eligible sessions and is selected during registration, so it is worth deciding on that now rather than at the door.
Register for the eClinicalWorks National Conference.
Getting to Nashville
Gaylord Opryland is both the conference venue and the hotel, so there is no commute between sessions. Nashville International Airport is about fifteen minutes away.
The city is worth an extra evening if your schedule allows. The music and the food are the reason people extend the trip by a day, and late October in Nashville is about as good as the weather gets.
Before You Go
- Register, and pick your CME or CE package while you are in there
- Book your room early, since the conference block fills
- Download the eClinicalWorks Events App for the schedule and session updates
- Star the sessions you want, because popular breakouts seat first come, first served
See you in Nashville.
