The three-day sprint (at a glance)
- Fri, Sept 26: Welcome breakfast → Keynote → afternoon breakout sessions→ eCWCentral demos → Welcome Reception.
- Sat, Sept 27: Wall-to-wall breakout sessions, Support & Training all day, then the Saturday Night Celebration (6:30–10:30 pm).
- Sun, Sept 28: Final breakout push + Exhibit Hall and Support & Training until early afternoon.
Pro move: Arrive Thursday if you can — badge pickup runs 2:00–8:00 pm on Sept 25 so you can hit Friday morning at full speed. Don’t forget to listen to the live podcasts throughout conference and participate on our social media wall!
Power-user tips to own your weekend
- Build your game plan in the eCW Events app. Your registration credentials unlock it once the event is activated; add sessions to My Schedule (seating is still first-come).
- Hydrate + move fast. We encourage attendees to bring their own water bottle and use the refill stations around the meeting space.
- Pre-game: Your badge gets you into Saturday’s celebration; guest passes are available for purchase if you bring family or friends.

- Where: Orlando World Center Marriott, 8701 World Center Dr.
- Hotels: Conference rate at the Marriott (subject to availability) and partner rooms at the Gaylord Palms (~2.3 miles) with shuttle service during the event.
- Parking & Wi-Fi: Self-parking $38/day; overnight valet is $50/night. Wi-Fi in the convention center area for all attendees.
