TeleVisits are effective for primary and specialty medicine and are perfect for routine, follow-up, and check-in visits or anytime patients cannot have a physical office visit.

What Makes healow TeleVisits Unique

• Send Messages to Waiting Patients – Providers can send messages directly to patients in the Virtual Waiting Room, such as advising them they are running a few minutes late, or letting them know they will be with them soon.
• Staff on Behalf of Provider – A staff member can start an appointment on behalf of a provider by clicking “Start TeleVisit” in the Progress Note. Staff can discuss initial information with the patient, then place the call on hold until the provider is ready to begin the visit.
• Invite Another Contact – To better assist patients, a new participant — such as a translator, therapist, family member, or caregiver — can be asked by text or email to join a TeleVisit in progress. Providers, staff, or patients may send such invites.
• On-demand Video/Audio Calls – Using hello2healow™ (h2h), medical providers can reach out to consented patients without scheduling an appointment.
• A Simple Way to Start the Visit – To begin their visit, patients can simply click a healow secure text or email link.
